📰 Heavy pollution in Sharon region following Qalqilya fire

Kfar Saba, Tzur Yitzhak, Rosh Haayin and Petah Tikva residents complained of shortness of breath and breathing difficulties in the past 24 hours as a result of smoke inhalation near their homes. An inquiry into the matter by the Ministry of Environmental Protection turned up a large fire in the Palestinian city of Qalqilya led to the increased air pollution. The "Citizens for clean air" operational board claimed the pollution can be sourced to a nearby garbage dump.
